Like many businesses in the region, Eliot Sinclair had been displaced from their central city offices by the Christchurch earthquakes, and were working out of temporary offices until new premises could be constructed.

Naturally, they wanted to be in their new offices as soon as possible, and saw Piletech’s in house engineering and speed of installation as two key advantages in minimising their design and construction programme.

Based on relationships developed through working together on previous projects, Eliot Sinclair had the confidence that Piletech would deliver. 59 Piles were installed to the Riccarton gravels, approximately 20 metres below ground level, over the course of six days in September 2012. The construction of the above-ground works then proceeded at pace, with Eliot Sinclair occupying their new offices by March 2013. Piletech are pleased to be assisting Eliot Sinclair with their own rebuild, amidst all the rebuilding work that they are leading for their clients.
