Frucor beverages required a new bottling line to be installed in their current factory to increase production.  This included large holding tanks with the capacity of 60,000 litres.

In a limited shut down period 8 x 219 dia piles were installed inside the factory utilising a 12 tonne piling rig in a tight access working area of 3.4m x 12m. 

The working area contained high pressure water services both overhead and attached to the neighbouring wall structures.

The highly experienced piling team worked closely with the main contractor to roll out all foundation works within a limited timeframe and on budget.
